What material are your products made of?
- Our claw clips are made from cellulose acetate. AC eco-friendly and biodegradable material made from cellulose obtained from non-edible plants like wood and cotton.
What if I want to send my order as a gift?
- Orders are not shipped with any documentation (invoice is send to your e-mail), so gift recipients don't see the cost of goods. You can add a note at checkout and we'll include a hand-written note for your lucky gift recipient!
How can I take care of my hair claw clips?
- Our hair accessories are made to last, in order to keep the reflective shine of our cellulose acetate products you must avoid contact with chemicals and extreme heat. We advise that you keep your claw clips in Goia Studio dust bag between wearing.
What if my product breaks (is faulty)?
- If your product breaks or is faulty, please contact us soon as possible at info@goiastudio.com with a photograph of the product and we will advise on whether it should be sent back to us. Please do not send it back before doing this.
Will I receive a refund of shipping costs if I return my order?
- Unfortunately, as we are a small company we can't refund shipping costs for returned items, unless we have made an error with your order. If you would like an exchange, you will not have to pay outward postage again.
Can I pay in my currency?
- You can select your preferred currency (CZK, EUR, USD) to browse the site using the currency selector at the bottom of the page on desktop or on a tablet, or in the drop down menu at the top of the website on mobile. You will be able to view prices in your currency.

Customer Opening Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00-17:00, Sunday and Holidays: 11:00-16:00. If we can we will answer you immediately outside customer opening hours.
